It is like a silk thread in the heart of a worshiper. We should always have the firm belief that Swami is our savior and protector. Swamiji's birthday is a day of happiness for the devotees. To experience this and to see this Chaitanya Sohala, devotees come from far and wide to earn the grace of the Swami. Since 1974 this supremely joyous ceremony is been celebrated by Shree Swami Samarth Seva Mandal, Dombivali (East). Previously it was been celebrated at Sadguru Chaitanyaswarup Bhalchandra D. Limaye(Anna) and Lakshmiswarup Mrs Sushma B. Limaye(Aai) residence. Last few years this celebration in held in the Nandivli Math.

The birth anniversary is celebrated on second & third day in the month of Chaitra(as per hindu calendar). For the poojas which are performed in the daily routine, the service is given by casting lots from the devotees present at the meeting of the celebration. All the services are decided by drawing lots as per the orders of the Swami Maharaj. A couple is chosen according to the name in the letter. The festival is celebrated every year with the same devotion and tradition as prescribed by our Sadguru.

A grand procession from a palanquin decorated with flowers in the name of Swami Nama leaves from Sadguru's residence - Ganesh Kripa to Nandivali Math Vastu at 5.30 AM. Many devotees are fortunate enough to be the bhoi of this palanquin. Taking steps, the palanquin is seated at the destination place. The devotee is lucky to see the ceremony. The glory of Swami Nama is supernatural. We are informing you with the schedule so that you too can witness this festival.
