Shri Bhalchandra Dattatraya Limaye alias Sadguru Anna and also known as Paramahansa Shri Chaitanyaswaroop had a passion for spirituality since childhood. While searching for Sadguru he met Parampujya Shri Raosaheb Sahastrabuddhe in 1953. Once Anna’s guru said to Anna "Hey, do you want to go to England?” Then Anna told him, "Yes, I want to go!”. Sadguru Raosaheb said on that, "Hey, England means our Konkan! Go to Konkan and make Konkan England and so Anna chose Dombivli village and while handling his married life, remembering Sadguru, worshiping Swami Samarth and increased Guru Vaibhav. His wife Sushma Limaye gave him full support in the married life and in spiritual life and she was Anna’s disciple. .

Anna's guru tradition was very big. Anna's Guru. Shri. Raosaheb Sahastrabuddhe, his Guru Shri. Beedkar Maharaj and Beedkar Maharaj's Guru Shri Swami Samarth Maharaj. Later, divine power was poured on that mantra by Shri Swami Samarth and it was made even brighter

Anna strictly followed the Guru's orders and cultivated the society in Dombivali and other places. The couple's only concern day and night was to guide the worshipers, the needy, and show them the path to eternal bliss

With the intention that this Guru Vaibhav should last forever and everyone should take advantage of it, Anna and Aai decided to build a temple of Shri Swami Samarth Maharaj. On this, Shri Swami Samarth came in a dream and told the plan of the Math. Similarly, on 3rd December 1998, the inauguration of the temple and the Kalaspujan were held in a beautiful manner

Then on December 11, 2019. Anna's 71st birthday was celebrated by a large number of devotees in the temple. At that time, Anna was honored by Guruvarya Nana Paranjape, who provided the original paduka to Anna, and Nana Paranjape published Anna's Gauravgrantha (Autobiography) Chaitanyacha Nathpanthi.The autobiography 'My Identity' written by Anna's disciple Mrs. Aai and Shri Lakshmi Swarup on Anna's orders was published by Dr. Arunatai Dhere. This holy ceremony was held on the same day. At that time, Mrs. Aai and Anna very frankly said that "the dream of building a temple has come true" and created a place of worship for the devotees in the next life
