"Walkathons" (Padayatra):-

Divine existence is prevalent everywhere in nature. Padayatris receive divine energy through vibrations emitted by nature which helps in their spiritual progress. With this thought in mind, padayatra upasana (Walkathons) was introduced by Sadguru Shree Chaitanyaswaroop alias Sadguru Tirtharoop Anna to all in 1978. He taught Mudras and Pranayam techniques to Padayatris. By practicing these techniques, padayatris can purify their mind and progress spiritually. Compilation of these mudras and pranayam is available in the book "Sadgurunchi Charanseva" narrated by Sadguru Shree Chaitanyaswaroop.Sadguru Tirtharoop Anna used to give lot of knowledge in Padayatra. This knowledge and details about the Padayatra journey are available in the book "Chaitanyacha Nathpanthi" , a biography of Sadguru Shree Chaitanyaswaroop written by Sadguru Tirtharoop Aai.

Under the guidance of Sadguru Shree Chaitanyawaroop and Sadguru Shree Laxmiswaroop alias Sadguru Tirtharoop Aai, Shree Swami Samarth Seva Mandal organised many Padayatras. Sadguru Tirthroop Anna left for heavenly abode in the year 2003. After that, for some of the padayatras, the padayatris carried Dhwaj (flag) in the padayatra based on Aadesh (order) from Sadguru Shree Laxmiswaroop.

Every year padayatris in the age group of 15-65 participate in padayatra.
